A fresh flavored spicy recipe of chicken.

Ingredients
ChickenClick to find more about Chicken 1 kilo
Green coreanders 1 cur
Green chilliClick to find more about Green chilli 56
GingerClick to find more about Ginger paste 1 tsp
GarlicClick to find more about Garlic paste 1 tsp
CornClick to find more about Corn flour 1 table spoon
SaltClick to find more about Salt according to taste
Black pepperClick to find more about Black pepper a/c to taste
2-3 eggs
Oil for deep fry

Preparation
First grind coriander and chillies in a mixer.
Then take a deep pan and put chickenClick to find more about chicken, chili and coriander paste and gingerClick to find more about ginger, garlicClick to find more about garlic paste and cook it for 15 min
Then take it out from the pan and add cornClick to find more about corn flour and saltClick to find more about salt in it.
Keep it in a freezer for 2 hours then mix eggs and black pepperClick to find more about black pepper in a bowl.
Heat oil in a pan and dip the chickenClick to find more about chicken in the egg mixture and fry it till became golden brown.
Serve it with raita.
