Strips of boneless, skinless chicken breasts are briefly marinated in spices, ground ginger, yougurt and oil, then they are stir-fried with almonds and julienned ginger.


Ingredients
ChickenClick to find more about Chicken 1 boneless or cut like karhai chickenClick to find more about chicken pieces
SaltClick to find more about Salt 1 tsp levelled
Oil 1/2 cup
Chilly powder 1 tsp heaped
GingerClick to find more about Ginger 2" piece cut into thin strips
TomatoClick to find more about Tomato 2 finely chopped
GingerClick to find more about Ginger / garlicClick to find more about garlic 1 tsp
Milk 1/4 cup
Curd 4 tbsp heaped
MintClick to find more about Mint leaves chopped
AlmondsClick to find more about Almonds 1/8 cup blanched / sliced and fried golden


Preparation
Heat oil then add chickenClick to find more about chicken and gingerClick to find more about ginger Julliens with gingerClick to find more about ginger / garlicClick to find more about garlic paste and saltClick to find more about salt and fry well.
Then add chilly powder, Tomatoes beaten curd and cook till curd water dries
and tomatoes are tender, add in milk and fry till chickenClick to find more about chicken tender and gravy thick.
Lastly add fried almondsClick to find more about almonds and mintClick to find more about mint leave.
