Chicken in curd is an interesting chicken curry recipe with the chicken pieces cooked in a spicy and delicious curd based gravy.


Ingredients
ChickenClick to find more about Chicken 1kg11/2kg
GarlicClick to find more about Garlic and GingerClick to find more about Ginger paste 1 tsp each
SaltClick to find more about Salt to taste
Taiz pata
Cinnomon stick (dar chini)
Kutee hui mirch 1 tsp
Green chillies 1 tsp
HaldiClick to find more about Haldi 1/2 tsp
Yougurt 1/2 cup
TomatoClick to find more about Tomato puree 1/2 cup
TomatoClick to find more about Tomato Puree:
2 small tomatoes
Boil in water for few min till it become tender now remove the skin and blend it.


Preparation
Heat oil and put chickenClick to find more about chicken and garlicClick to find more about garlic and cook for some time.
When the chickenClick to find more about chicken has become golden brown just take it out.
Now put some more oil and put yougurt ad cook till it becomes a gravy.
Now put taiz patta and cinnomon stick in it till gives aroma.
Now put gingerClick to find more about ginger, haldiClick to find more about haldi, saltClick to find more about salt, kutte mirc and and tomatoClick to find more about tomato puree and let it cook for some time till the oil separates.
Now add chickenClick to find more about chicken to it and put haree mirch and put 1 cup of water and cook for some time till the chickenClick to find more about chicken is tender and lower the flame.
Now garnish with coriander and serve with naan or rice.
