Quick Tandoori Chicken recipe by Rahatara at
The following quick version of Tandoori Chicken captures the traditional Pakistani flavors of the original, it can be prepared in less than 30 minutes.

1 chickenClick to find more about chicken cut into pieces
1 cup yogurt
2 table spoon garlicClick to find more about garlic paste
2 table spoon gingerClick to find more about ginger paste
1 limeClick to find more about lime juice

Mix all the given ingredients.
Then heat the oil and fry the paste till light brown.
Add chickenClick to find more about chicken and fry it for five minutes.
Add the yogurt and fry till water dries up.
When cooked add limeClick to find more about lime juice and serve.

well in this instead of first cooking the ginger and garlic on the pan , instead put the two pastes into the yogurt then completely spread the pasted onto the chicken and for half na hour leave it then heat the pan put the chicken on low flame and put the cap on it let it cook for some time when the chicken is tender , take it off the flame and now pour the lime juice on it ...... this way the ginger garlic flavor will be more impressive and we will be having the nutirious benfeits of them also... by cooking ginger garlic on stove we will kill all the benefits from these two.
