Stuffed Bell Peppers recipe by maham at
Stuffed green peppers filled with mince meat prepared in spices and green chillies.

Minced Beef 1/2 kg
Capsicums 6
Onions finely cut 2
Tomatoes finely cut 2
GingerClick to find more about Ginger/garlicClick to find more about garlic paste 2 tsp
Green chillies finely cut 4
Fresh coriander chopped 1/2 bunch
Hot spices powder 1 tsp
TurmericClick to find more about Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder 2 tsp
SaltClick to find more about Salt 1 tsp
Oil 1/2 cup

Heat oil in a wok and fry onions till golden.
Add gingerClick to find more about ginger/garlicClick to find more about garlic paste, hot spices, turmericClick to find more about turmeric, red chillies, saltClick to find more about salt and a little bit of water and fry.
Add tomatoes and green chillies and fry for few minutes.
Add mince meat and cook until water dries.
Cut the top of the capsicum and de-seed with a knife.
Stuff the capsicums with mince, replace the tops and seal with toothpicks.
Arrange stuffed capsicum carefully on the mince that is left over afet stuffing capsicums.
Keep on very low heat for 10 minutes.
Now take out in a dish, sprinkle with fresh coriander.
Serve hot with white rice or roti.
