Delicious and easy to follow recipe of classic spring fried chicken. Chicken marinated in flavorsome spices and then deep fried on medium fire.


Ingredients
1 ChickenClick to find more about Chicken(cut into 16 small pieces)
1/4 cup VinegarClick to find more about Vinegar
Half teaspoo saltClick to find more about salt
Half teaspoon chineese saltClick to find more about salt
Half teaspoon white pepper
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoon soya sauce
2 table spoon fine flour(mada)
2 eggs


Preparation
Marinate the chickenClick to find more about chicken pieces by adding saltClick to find more about salt, vinegarClick to find more about vinegar, soya sauce and white pepper.
Marinate it for 2 hours or minumum half an hour if u are in a hurry.
In a bowl mix cornClick to find more about corn flour, fine flour and egg and make a paste now coat the chickenClick to find more about chicken pieces with this paste.
Deep fry the chickenClick to find more about chicken pieces untill golden brown and your tasty Spring Fried chickenClick to find more about chicken is ready to be served.
