Sauted Chicken In Yogurt recipe by Ayesha Razzaque at
Chicken strips sauted in ginger/garlic and tomatoes and steamed with yogurt. Ready in no time recipe, serve with any side of your choice.

Boneless chickenClick to find more about chicken (cut into 1 inch strips) 500 gms
Oil 1/2 cup
GingerClick to find more about Ginger paste 1teaspoon
GarlicClick to find more about Garlic paste 1teaspoon
Tomatoes 2 medium
Yogurt 2-3 tablespoons (to taste)
OnionClick to find more about Onion 1/2 medium
Corriander to garnish

Corriander powder 1 teaspoon
white cumin powder 2 teaspoon
SaltClick to find more about Salt 1 teaspoon
Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon

Heat oil in a pan.
Add gingerClick to find more about ginger and garlicClick to find more about garlic paste.
Add ground tomatoes, about 1/2 cup water and all the spices.
After a minute add chickenClick to find more about chicken strips. cook for 5-6 min then add onionClick to find more about onion slices.
cook until chickenClick to find more about chicken is done.
Add yogurt.
Stir for a while.
turn off heat.
Garnish with corriander.

Although I am not a yogurt fan..but this recipe has definitely changed my likings... this was a fresh recipe. the ginger and garlic tastes are so distinct..loved it!
