Gram Fluour Dumplings made with healthy combination of spices and vegetables.


Ingredients
Besan 1/2 Kilo
Potatoes 1/2 kilo (cut into fine strips)
SpinachClick to find more about Spinach 1/2 kilo (cut into fine strips)
OnionClick to find more about Onion 1 Pao chopped finely
Green Dhania 1 cup (finely chopped)
AjwainClick to find more about Ajwain pisi hui or crushed 1/2 tsp
Soda 1/2 tsp
turmericClick to find more about turmeric 1 tsp
Crushed garam masala 1 tsp
Red chillies 1 tsp
SaltClick to find more about Salt 1 tsp
LehsanClick to find more about Lehsan(GarlicClick to find more about Garlic) 1 tsp


Preparation
In the besan put crushed red chillies, saltClick to find more about salt, lehsanClick to find more about lehsan, garam masala, turmericClick to find more about turmeric, soda.
Keep it aside for some time and then put ajwainClick to find more about ajwain, Put water in it and make a paste.
Now put all the vegetables and set aside for fifteen to twenty more minutes and then fry the pakoras.
Serve hot with Ketchup or chutney.
