Simple and easy recipe of homemade mayonnaise.


Ingredients
2 eggs...
1/4 tsp saltClick to find more about salt....
1/4 tsp black pepperClick to find more about black pepper....
1/2 tsp sugar....
2 tbsp vinegarClick to find more about vinegar....
1/4 tsp mustard powder ..
2 cups oil


Preparation
Take a blender then add all ingredients except oil and start blending then gradually add oil while blending untill very thick blender should stop working as the mayonise should be very thick.
Ready for salads and sandwiches etc.
