Simple, Quick, Healthy and Exotic Salad

Ingredients
25 gms of Berry Tomatoes, Iceberg Lettuce, Brussels Sprouts, Mung Sprouts, CornClick to find more about Corn Kernels, Red Reddish, Tomatoes, Cucumber
12 gms of Low-sodium Gherkins Washed
1 White OnionClick to find more about Onion Chopped
4 pinch Dried Rosemary
8 gms OnionClick to find more about Onion Roasted
3 cloves GarlicClick to find more about Garlic, roast after weighing
50 gms low-fat yoghurt
4 pinch each turmericClick to find more about turmeric, white pepper, and cumin powder, SaltClick to find more about Salt as per taste


Preparation
Mix turmericClick to find more about turmeric and cumin powders, yoghurt, raw garlicClick to find more about garlic, roasted onionClick to find more about onion, white onionClick to find more about onion and white pepper powder in a blender, blend and keep it aside.
Grate the cucumber and add it to the above blended mixture. Mix well with hand and add saltClick to find more about salt.
Keep this mixture in a chiller for 30 minutes
Dice vegetables and just add the dressing blend, serve immediately.
Note:
Do not mix the dressing and keep in the chiller for a long time.
