Zesty chicken pakoras coated in sesame seeds...


Ingredients
2-3 tbsp flour
1 chickenClick to find more about chicken boiled and shredded
1 tbsp cornflour
2 onions roughly chopped
1 egg
1 tsp curry powder
SaltClick to find more about Salt and pepper
1 tsp salt1 tsp baking powder
Few small green chillies
1/4-1/2 cup milk
Few mintClick to find more about mint leaves
Dried bread Crumbs
Sesame seedsClick to find more about Sesame seeds
Oil for deepfrying


Preparation
Mix all the batter ingredients to a smooth consistency.
Blend the chickenClick to find more about chicken, onions, curry powder, saltClick to find more about salt, green chillies and mintClick to find more about mint leaves in a blender. Make small balls.
Then heat the oil for deepfrying. Dip the balls into the batter and roll them in the bread crumbs and sesame seedsClick to find more about sesame seeds, coating evenly.
Fry until they are golden brown. Drain on kitchen towels.
Serve hot with tomatoClick to find more about tomato ketchup.

I would like a better explaination......recipe is messy with batter and filling mixed, what goes where?
