Chicken pieces marianted in salt and pepper first, simmer on low heat and then coated with fiery garlic sauce.


Ingredients
ChickenClick to find more about Chicken 1 kg (big pieces)
SaltClick to find more about Salt to taste
Black pepperClick to find more about Black pepper powder 2 1/2 tsp
Oil 2 cups+ 1 cup
GarlicClick to find more about Garlic 1 whole bulb finely chopped
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Chili garlicClick to find more about garlic saucce 2 tbsp
Butter 50 gms
Refined flour 2 tbsp
Milk 2 cups
Parmesan cheese 1 tbsp


Preparation
Rub 1/2 tsp of saltClick to find more about salt and 2 tsp black pepperClick to find more about black pepper on chickenClick to find more about chicken pieces and let it marinate for 3-4 hours.
Heat 2 cups of oil in a pot big enough that chickenClick to find more about chicken pieces can fit in together. Add chickenClick to find more about chicken cover and cook on low heat.
when one side turns out golden flip to the other side. When water dries up take it out in a dish.
Heat 1 tsp oil and butter in a wok. Add garlicClick to find more about garlic.
When garlicClick to find more about garlic turns golden , add refined flour and fry. Add milk and cook until mixture thickens.
Add soya sauce, chili garlicClick to find more about garlic sauce and cheese in the wok. Cook for few seconds and then remove from heat.
Place chickenClick to find more about chicken pieces in a serving dish and pour sauce over it.
Serve hot with any kind of salad you like.
