Broasted chicken is becoming more popular as it allows for the natural moisture and tasty juices in the chicken to be used in the cooking process, whereas frying adds oils to the chicken to help cook..Try this Yummy recipe n you will love it.


Ingredients
for marination
1 kg ChickenClick to find more about Chicken
1 tsp garlicClick to find more about garlic paste
1 tsp gingerClick to find more about ginger paste
1 tsp red chillie powder
1 tsp white paper
saltClick to find more about salt to taste
for coating
3 eggs (put 2 tbsp chillie sauce and soya sauce and 1 tsp mustared paste in the eggs)
White flourClick to find more about White flour for coating
4 tbs corm flour
bread crumbs for coating.


Preparation
Add all above spice in the chickenClick to find more about chicken and marinade it for 2 hours.
Pour 1 glass of water in the karahi and put all marinate chickenClick to find more about chicken in it and cook till 15 minutes or water will be evaporate (chickenClick to find more about chicken should be half cooked).
Then coat the chickenClick to find more about chicken in the flour and then in egg batter and coat it with the bread crumbs in the end.
Coat all the chickenClick to find more about chicken and then deep fry it on low flame.
When the chickenClick to find more about chicken turns into golden colour then remove it from oil and put it on paper towel.
Allow the paper to absorb oil.
Serve hot with french fries and ketchup.

I added 2 tbs vinegar ,1 tbs soya sauce in 16 pcs the other ratio was same. It was delicious.for coating I added in egg the red color ,the little red pepper, the blk pepper.
