Gola kabab are very soft kind of kabab that most likely melt in your mouth and made with beef or mutton.

Mince 1/2 kg
Bhuna chanaClick to find more about chana 1/4 cup
Garam masala 1 tsp
SaltClick to find more about Salt 1 tea sp
Yogurt 1/4 cup
OnionClick to find more about Onion 1 large raw grinded
GingerClick to find more about Ginger / garlicClick to find more about garlic 2 tea sp levelled
Papaya 1 table sp Poppy seedsClick to find more about Poppy seeds 1 table sp
SaunfClick to find more about Saunf 1 tbsp
Coriander seedsClick to find more about Coriander seeds 1 table sp
Coconut 1 table sp
Red chilli whole 10-15

Roast saunfClick to find more about saunf, coriander, coconut and red whole chillies.
Grind these roasted ingredients with chanaClick to find more about chana.
Marinate mince with papaya, saltClick to find more about salt, gingerClick to find more about ginger / garlicClick to find more about garlic and all the roasted and grinded masala.
Mix well and keep in fridge for an hour or two.
Mix in Yogurt.
Make balls.
Heat oil in a deep frying pan and fry kabab balls in little oil. Add ΒΌ cup of water and let cook on low heat until well done and water is absorbed.
Lastly add green chillies, coriander leavesClick to find more about coriander leaves and remove on a serving dish.
Serve hot with naan.

after frying then you add water to cook??? i dont understand
