Boti Kabab recipe by maham at
Pieces of meat soaked in exotic spices and grilled to perfection. Perfect starter for special occasions.

Beef 1 kg
Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
Roasted and ground white cumin seedsClick to find more about cumin seeds 1 tsp
Lemons 3
Oil 1/2 cup
Yogurt 1/2 cup
GingerClick to find more about Ginger/GarlicClick to find more about Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Papaya paste 2 tbsp
SaltClick to find more about Salt to taste

Cut beef into small pieces.
Marinate beef in Yogurt, saltClick to find more about salt, red chillies, papaya, gingerClick to find more about ginger/garlicClick to find more about garlic, cumin, oil and lemon juice for 1 hour.
Spread meat out in a pot or an iron griddle on a stove.
lower the flame as the water begins to dry.
place a piece of roti on the meat and then place a piece of burning coal on the roti. Sprinkle a few drops of oil on the coal and cover the meat with lid.
Delicious Boti kababs are ready.
Serve with chutney and naan.
