Chicken Pieces marinated in flavorsome spices and then grilled/baked. Taste great with raita and salad.
1 kilo chicken
1 tsb ginger paste
1 tsb garlic paste fresh coriander (daniyaan) leaves 1 bunch
3-4 green chillies
1 medium onion
1 tsb garam msala
4-5 whole dried red chillies
Salt according to taste
6 tsb yogurt OR 3 tsb lemon juice
Mix all the spices together.
Put in a blender and make a paste.
Make 4-5 deep cuts on each side of the chicken pieces.
Coat the pieces with the paste and leave to marinate for few hours. (preferably overnight in fridge) then BBQ or bake in oven.
