(cut into 1 inch strips) 500 gms
Oil 1/2 cup

paste 1teaspoon

paste 1teaspoon
Tomatoes 2 medium
Yogurt 2-3 tablespoons (to taste)

1/2 medium
Corriander to garnish

Corriander powder 1 teaspoon
white cumin powder 2 teaspoon

1 teaspoon
Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon

Heat oil in a pan.

paste.
Saute.
Add ground tomatoes, about 1/2 cup water and all the spices.

strips. cook for 5-6 min then add onion Click to find more about onion

slices.

Add yogurt.
Stir for a while.
turn off heat.
Garnish with corriander.

Although I am not a yogurt fan..but this recipe has definitely changed my likings... this was a fresh recipe. the ginger and garlic tastes are so distinct..loved it!
