Chicken cooked in spices along with tomato ketchup and veggies of your choice. Serve hot with white rice.


Ingredients
ChickenClick to find more about Chicken 1/2 kilo
ChickenClick to find more about Chicken soup 2 1/2 or 3 cups
TomatoClick to find more about Tomato ketchup 3/4 cup
VinegarClick to find more about Vinegar 1/2 cup
Sugar 1 tsp
Red chilli powder 1 1/2 to 2 tbsp
Oil 1/4 cup
CornClick to find more about Corn flour 2 1/2 to 3 tsp(in water)
Chinese saltClick to find more about salt 1 1/2 tsp
Green chillies few(remove seeds and cut in halves)
SaltClick to find more about Salt 1 tsp


Preparation
Boil chickenClick to find more about chicken with saltClick to find more about salt till tender.
Heat oil, fry chickenClick to find more about chicken then add all the other ingrediants except cornflour paste and ChickenClick to find more about Chicken soup.
You can add 1 capsicum and 1 small cauliflour(cut into cubes).
Fry till it leaves oil. Now add soup and bring to a boil then put cornClick to find more about corn flour paste in it.
Bring it to a boil. Delicious ChickenClick to find more about Chicken is ready.
