Beef marinated in spices and cooked on low steam results in tender and flavorful beef.

Beef 1 kg
Yoghurt 1/2 kg
Garlic 1 teaspoon and 2 whole
Ginger 1 teaspoon
Green chillis 2 whole
Lemon juice of 1 lemon
Red chilli powder 2 teaspoons
Turmeric 1/2 teaspoons
Salt to taste
Oil 3 tablespoons
Onion 1 cut into 2 pieces
Tomato 1 cut into 4 pieces
A pinch of garam masala, corriander powder and zeera powder
Put all things into a pot mix well and let it marinate for 2 hours.
After 2 hours place the pot on a slow flame and let it cook for 1 hour.
When the gravy has thickened and the beef has cooked take it off the heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
You can thicken the gravy or loosen it as much as u require.
Garnish with fresh green corriander.
Serve it with rice or naan or u can eat it just as it is.
