Pan Pizza recipe by maham at
Delicious home made pan pizza loaded with flavorful topping of veggies and fried chicken.

Refined flour 4 cups+2 tbsp
Yeast 2 tbsp
Milk powder 1/4 cup
Sugar 2 tbsp
Boneless ChickenClick to find more about Chicken pieces 1 cup
crushed red pepper 1 tbsp
Hot spices powder 1/2 tsp
Black pepperClick to find more about Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Onions sliced 1/2 cup
Capsicum sliced 1/2 cup
Mushrooms finely cut 1/2 cup
Green chillies finely cut 6
GarlicClick to find more about Garlic chopped 4 cloves
Mozarella cheese grated 2 cups
Oregano 1 tsp
Pizza sauce as per your taste
Milk 1 tbsp
SaltClick to find more about Salt to taste
Oil as required

Put chickenClick to find more about chicken, 2 tbsp of oil, red chillies, hot spices, black pepperClick to find more about black pepper and saltClick to find more about salt in a bowl and mix.
Fry this chickenClick to find more about chicken in a pan for few minutes.
In a bowl dissolve 1 tbsp sugar, yeast, 2 tbsp oil and 1 1/3 cup lukewarm water.
Kneed into a soft dough and set aside for 45 minutes.
Put 3 tbsp of oil in a frying pan.
Roll out dough like a roti and spreadout in frying pan and place close to burning stove for 1/2 an hour.
Cover frying pan and place on a low flame, after cooking for few minutes flip the dough over.
Place a layer of pizza sauce, cooked chickenClick to find more about chicken pieces, capsicum, onions, mushrooms, oregano and green chillies on dough.
In a seperate frying pan put one tbsp milk, garlicClick to find more about garlic and cheese.
Melt, pour melted cheese on Pizza and serve.
