Dry Chicken Chilli recipe by * at PakiRecipes.com.
Hot Chicken dish in which tangy Chicken is marinated with vinegar and soy sauce and then saute with chillies.


Ingredients
4-5 (boneless and cut into small pieces).
6-8 green Chillies(seed and slice).
1 cloveClick to find more about clove of GarlicClick to find more about Garlic(crushed).
1 tablespoon of Soya sauce.
1 tablespoon of VinegarClick to find more about Vinegar.
1 teaspoon of Ajinomoto.
1 teaspoon of black PepperClick to find more about black Pepper(ground).
SaltClick to find more about Salt to taste.
2 tablespoons of Oil.


Preparation
Put the meat in a bowl and Pound it carefully to flatten slightly.
Add soya sauce and vinegarClick to find more about vinegar, mix well. Leave for 20 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add crushed garlicClick to find more about garlic, chickenClick to find more about chicken, black pepperClick to find more about black pepper and saltClick to find more about salt. Fry until it changes colour .
Add Ajinomoto top the fired chickenClick to find more about chicken.
In a separated frying pan, heat 1 tablespoon oil and stir fry the sliced chillies in it.
Add vinegarClick to find more about vinegar, Soya sauce and Ajinomoto. Saute until tender but still crisp. Pour on the chickenClick to find more about chicken and mix well.
Serve hot. worth trying it, its delicious.
