Khatta Chicken recipe by Birra at
Chicken marinated and then cooked in tasty mango and ginger garlic paste.

GingerClick to find more about Ginger paste 1 tbs
GarlicClick to find more about Garlic paste 1/2 tbs
OnionClick to find more about Onion chopped 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
TurmericClick to find more about Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Cumin[zeeraClick to find more about zeera]powder 1 tbs
Green chilliClick to find more about Green chilli chopped 1
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
2 small raw mangoes peeled & grated
SaltClick to find more about Salt acc to taste
TomatoClick to find more about Tomato 1 chopped
Oil 4 tbs.

Marinate chickenClick to find more about chicken with mangoClick to find more about mango and gingerClick to find more about ginger/garlicClick to find more about garlic paste for 1 hour.
In a pan heat oil, fry onionClick to find more about onion till golden brown.
Add tomatoes & green chillies and cook for 3-4 min.
Now add all masalas.
Saute for 2 more min.
Then add marinated chickenClick to find more about chicken.
Put some water cook till chickenClick to find more about chicken is tender.
Garnish with chopped raw mangoClick to find more about mango pieces.
Dont use non stick pan for sour dishes.
