Chicken is boiled with ginger/garlic paste and then seasoned with vegetables in this simple and flavorful dish.

ChickenClick to find more about Chicken breasts strips 1 lb
GingerClick to find more about Ginger paste 1 tsp
Garilc paste 1 tsp
Curd 1
SaltClick to find more about Salt to taste
Mayonese 1/2 cup
GarlicClick to find more about Garlic powder 1 tsp
VinegarClick to find more about Vinegar 1 tbsp
TomatoClick to find more about Tomato ketchup 2 tbsp
Chilli sauce to taste
Mushrooms, olives and spring onions as per required

To begin with mix together gingerClick to find more about ginger/garlicClick to find more about garlic paste & saltClick to find more about salt place it over the chickenClick to find more about chicken.
Then steam chickenClick to find more about chicken breasts strips for 10 min & keep aside.
Make a mixture of curd, mayonese, vinegarClick to find more about vinegar, chillie sauce, tomatoClick to find more about tomato ketchup & garlicClick to find more about garlic powder.
Place steamed chickenClick to find more about chicken pieces in an open platter & pour mayonese mixture over them evenly.
Last of all garnish the dish with mushrooms, olives, spring onions etc.
Serve cold & enjoy with plain rice or dinner rolls.
