A quick, delicious and easy recipe of festive almond biscuits.

Ingredients
MaidaClick to find more about Maida (flour) 4 cups
Sugar (1 1/2 cups)
Almond (grinded) as desired
Baking powder 1 tsp.
Cocoa powder 2 tsp.
Eggs 2.
GheeClick to find more about Ghee 1 cup.
Milk (if requried) 1/2 cup.
Biscuit cutter.


Preparation
In a large bowl add maidaClick to find more about maida, baking powder, sugar, cocoa powder, gheeClick to find more about ghee, eggs, grinded almondsClick to find more about almonds and mix well.
If required add small amount of milk.
After mixing all ingridients set this mixture on the side for 10-15 minutes.
Pre heat oven on 250 degrees, 10 minutes before.
Make biscuits with the help of biscuit cutter and put them in the oven on 250 degrees.
Bake biscuits for 20 to 25 minutes or when it become light golden.

tip
Always bake biscuits on low heat.
