Bas bussa is a famous sweet from Pakistan that has a wonderful sweet coconut, samolina flavor with a crisp exterior and a soft and chewy texture.


Ingredients
2 cup suji
1 cup milk powder
1 cup coconut
1 cup sugar
1 cup oil
1 cup water
20 whole almondsClick to find more about almonds
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
drops of kewra


Preparation
Mix all the ingrediendts except almondsClick to find more about almonds and 1 cup sugar and 1cup water that is for syrup or sheera.
Put it in the 9 by 13" oven safe dish.
Put the almondsClick to find more about almonds over the mix. Preheat oven on 400 and stick the dish in and change the temp. to 350 and bake for 30min.
Put a tooth pick if comes clean then done other wise stick it back for another 5 min.
Meanwhile make the sheera on the stove once u see a little line when u drop the liquid from the spoon that means it is ready now put some drops of kewra and put this syrup over the cake.
Once cooled u can cut it into squares ad serve.
