Ingredients
8 ChickenClick to find more about Chicken pieces (thighs and drumsticks)
1 cup Yogurt (DahiClick to find more about Dahi)
2 tsp. Carom seeds (AjwainClick to find more about Ajwain)
1 tbsp Gingergarlic paste
1 tbsp crushed red chilies
1 cup Cream
SaltClick to find more about Salt to taste
3 tbsp. Vegetable Oil
1 cup fresh Cilantro (hara DhaniaClick to find more about hara Dhania)


Preparation
Marinate chickenClick to find more about chicken pieces with yogurt, carom seeds, gingerClick to find more about ginger garlicClick to find more about garlic paste, red chilies and saltClick to find more about salt for half an hour.
Heat oil in a thick pan and add chickenClick to find more about chicken pieces.
Do not add the the extra marinade.
Cook chickenClick to find more about chicken until it turns brown and all juices are absorbed. Keep moving it to ensure even browning.
Lower the heat and add the rest of the marinade.
Add + cup of water, cover and cook on low heat until the chickenClick to find more about chicken turns tender.
Add cream and chopped cilantro.
Continue frying this until chickenClick to find more about chicken is dry and well coated. Serve hot.
Depending on the kind of chickenClick to find more about chicken, the cooking time can vary.
You can omit water in step 5 altogether if the kind of chickenClick to find more about chicken you have, cooks easily.
Using thigh and drumstick will not make the meat hard when overcooked.

i am excited about this recipe. I have not yet cooked but seems it is easy preparation and easy cooking this recipe.
