This delicious coconut square recipe is very simple and easy and kids will love it.
Samosa Pattie 8
Coconut (dessicated) 4 tbsp
Sugar 2 tbsp
Cream 2 tbsp
Mix all the above in coconut.
Cut the samosa pattie in half (long ways), put the two pattees across and the filling in the centre and fold into a square, stick with flour paste and shallow fry.
They can be frozen as well.
