Ingredients
Besan (gram-flour) 1½ cups
Onions 1 small peeled and cut in small cubes
Potatoes 2 large peeled and cubed
Red chili 1½ tsp
SaltClick to find more about Salt 1½ tsp
Coriander seedsClick to find more about Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
Fresh green chili 5-6 cut and sliced
Fresh coriander leavesClick to find more about coriander leaves about ¼ bunch, cut
Cooking oil for deep frying


Preparation
Mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl with water.
Now add the onions, potatoes, green chili and fresh coriander.
The mixture should be thick.
Once the oil is hot, spoon the mixture into the oil
Let the pakora’s cook till golden brown.
Remove from oil and place on paper towel.
Can be served with ketchup or green chutney.
