Spicy Qeema Pulao recipe by Hina Sajid at
Aromatic minced meat cooked with flavorful rice.

Minced beef=1 pound
Rice=2 glass
OnionClick to find more about Onion=1 thinly sliced
GingerClick to find more about Ginger paste=1 tsp
GarlicClick to find more about Garlic paste=1 tsp
Oil= 1 cup
SaltClick to find more about Salt=2 tsp
Red chilli=1 tsp
Green chilliClick to find more about Green chilli=6-7 pieces crushed
ZeeraClick to find more about Zeera=1 tsp
Dry coriender=1 tsp
Garam masala=1 tsp
coriander powdwer=1tsp

Heat the oil in pan then add onionClick to find more about onion and fry till medium brown.
Then add gingerClick to find more about ginger and garlicClick to find more about garlic paste.
Add corriander powder, saltClick to find more about salt, both chillies and mince.
When it is cooked then dry the water of minced.
Now add 4 glass of water and boil it.
When it gets a boil then add garam masala, dry corriander and zeeraClick to find more about zeera and give it another boil.
Now add rice and cook it on medium heat.
When water is dry then put it into dum on low heat for 20 mins.
Serve hot with mintClick to find more about mint chutney.
