Chocolate Midnight Cake recipe by Zahrah Hamayun Alvi at
A very moist spongy chocolate cake recipe. Great for birthdays and parties. easy to follow steps make this no hassle recipe.

2 cup flour
2/3 cup cocoa
1 2/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
2/3 cup butter
2/3 cup milk
3 eggs
A pinch of saltClick to find more about salt

Sift together cocoa, flour, baking powder and a pinch of saltClick to find more about salt. Beat eggs well and keep aside.
Mix butter and sugar.
Add milk.
Beat well, till fluffy.
Add eggs slowly and stir.
Fold in the flour mixture.
Add 2-3 teaspoons of water.
Pour into a greased and floured pan.
Bake at 190C for 40-50 minutes in a preheated oven.

I love this recipe and highly recommend it! It turned out perfectly and doesn't need any topping to be absolutely bliss. I hope you enjoy this as much as I did!

thanks so much for putting this recipe on the net. i reall yloved it. we were having a party like a midnight feast and did not know what to make as you see i'm getting married soon so it was just us cousins before i got married and thy loved it keep putting more recipe's on i may impress my husband as he likes sweet dishes
