Chicken chunks fried with chopped ginger/garlic, tomatoes and Capsicum.


Ingredients
chickenClick to find more about chicken 500gms
curd 1 cup
capsicum 2
tomatoes 300 gms
gingerClick to find more about ginger ...to taste
chilli powder..to taste
saltClick to find more about salt....to taste
zeeraClick to find more about zeera powder...to taste
turmericClick to find more about turmeric half tea spoon


Preparation
Heat up oil in a pan.
Add chickenClick to find more about chicken and saltClick to find more about salt in it .
Fry it till chiken gets dry and dark brown.
Add all other spices in curd and pour it in pan again stir chickenClick to find more about chicken for few minutes then add tomatoClick to find more about tomato juice into it.
Stir till all the water evaporate.
In the end add capsicum(dont fry more than 2 minutes after adding capsicum).
