Its a lovely traditional style recipe of making a medley of seafood and rice.


Ingredients
RICE 1/2KG
KING PRAWNS 400KG
GARLICClick to find more about GARLIC 4PCS
OLIVE OIL 6 TABLESPOONS
CARROTS 1PCS
ONIONClick to find more about ONION 1/2
GREEN PEPPER 1 PCS
CRABS 100 GM
SAFFRON OR ZARDA 1 CHUTKI
SALTClick to find more about SALT 1 TEASPOON
BLACK PEPPERClick to find more about BLACK PEPPER 1/2 TEASPOON
TOMATOES 4 PCS


Preparation
IN A BIG PAN, DROP THE OLIVE OIL, FRY THE CHOPPED ONIONS AND THE CHILLI TILL IT GETS BROWN.
ADD THE GREEN PEPPER IN IT AND ADD THE GARLICClick to find more about GARLIC AS WELL.
FINALLY MIX THE DESIRE AMOUNT OF TOMATOES IN IT AND ADD THE CRAB IN IT.
MIX THE GRATED CARROTClick to find more about CARROT IN IT, PUT HALF CUP WATER IN IT.ADD SALTClick to find more about SALT N PEPPER IN IT.
FINALLY ADD 8 GLASS OF WATER AND THE RICE LEAVE IT TO COOK FOR 20 MINUTES.
MAKE SURE THE PAN WILL CONTINUE TO OPEN.
ADD SAFFRON OR ZARDA COLOR.
WATCH THE RICE UNTIL IS COOKED.
LEAVE IT FOR ANOTHER 5 MINUTES UNTILL THE WATER IS SOAKED AND ENJOY THE HOT SEAFOOD RICE.
