For a delicious, fast meal, try this flavorful beef dinner loaded with tomatoes and peppers. What a perfect recipe to use garden vegetables of the season!

1 kg undercut pieces of steak
Tea spoon of mustard powder
1 table spoon Worcester sauce
Tea spoon garlicClick to find more about garlic paste
2 table spoon crushed black pepperClick to find more about black pepper
1 tea spoon saltClick to find more about salt
1 table spoon cornClick to find more about corn flour
1 table spoon oil
1 table spoon butter

Apply all above ingredients except crushed pepper and cornClick to find more about corn flour to the steak pieces and marinade for 5-6 hours.
Sprinkle crushed pepper on each piece and press inside with rolling pin.
Then dip the steak pieces in flour, shaking off any surplus.
Place on sizzling hot skillet with just enough melted butter to keep meat from sticking.
Fry both sides until browned.
Remove to a hot platter and serve hot with plain white rice.

what happened to Bell Peper, Onion and Tomatoes... I see it in the picture but not in the recipe
