Cutlets made with gram daal, spices and coated with eggs and breadcrumbs.


Ingredients
1-2 kilogram of daal channaClick to find more about channa
2 med choped onionClick to find more about onion
2 green chili choped
1/2 cup chopped coriender leaves
1 egg
Bread crumbs
Oil for deep fry
1 tspoon of red chli
1 pinch of black paper
SaltClick to find more about Salt to taste
Pinch of tumeric powder
1 tbl spoon of chaat masala


Preparation
Boil daal in 2 glasses of water and saltClick to find more about salt until it get smooth.
Grind it and add all above ingredients and mix well.
Make kabab of this batter.
Heat oil, dip kabab in egg and then in bread crums and deep fry until golden brown.
Serve with raita and hot nan.
