Hyderabadi Bbq recipe by Nazia Nazar at
Chicken Drumsticks seasoned with authentic and flavorsome spices, grilled and served on tangy onion slices.

8 nos. ChickenClick to find more about Chicken(drumsticks)
1 cup Yoghurt(sour)
2 tbsps. Coriander powder
1 tsp. TurmericClick to find more about Turmeric Powder
2 tbsps. Red Chili Powder
1 pinch Ajinomoto
3 nos. Lemon
2 drops Food Color(red)
2 tbsps. GingerClick to find more about Ginger(paste)
2 tbsps. GarlicClick to find more about Garlic(paste)
SaltClick to find more about Salt to taste

Clean drumsticks, remove skin and make 1 inch slits into which rub gingerClick to find more about ginger and garlicClick to find more about garlic paste. Let it marinate for 30 minutes.
In a bowl pour yoghurt, whip it adding 2 drops of red food color.
In another bowl, mix the coriander, turmericClick to find more about turmeric and chilli powder with ajinomoto and saltClick to find more about salt.
Rub this dry mixture on drumsticks and add whipped yoghurt. Keep aside for 1 hr.
Set up a BBQ and roast the chickenClick to find more about chicken, basting with oil and limeClick to find more about lime alternately.
Serve on a bed of onions to which vinegarClick to find more about vinegar has been added.
