This juicy and full flavored curry of Boneless Chicken cooked in tomato paste and full cream is the most popular among all other Pakistani food. It can be made spicy or mild according to your taste.


Ingredients
ChickenClick to find more about Chicken boneless(small pieces) 1 kg
TomatoClick to find more about Tomato paste 1/2 cup
Full cream 3/4 cup
Yogurt 1/2 cup
Green chillies 6-7(finely cut in small pieces)
Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
GingerClick to find more about Ginger garlicClick to find more about garlic paste 1 tbsp
Coriander leavesClick to find more about Coriander leaves
Oil, hot chilli sauce as desired
Sugar 1 tsp


Preparation
First heat oil in a pan.
Put boneless chickenClick to find more about chicken and green chillies and fry till golden then add gingerClick to find more about ginger/garlicClick to find more about garlic paste and red chilli powder and fry for few minutes.
Then add tomatoClick to find more about tomato paste, fry then add yogurt and cook for few minutes.
Add hot chilli sauce and sugar at this stage.
Then in the end add fresh cream and put on dum with green coriander leavesClick to find more about coriander leaves and fresh green chillies for few minutes until oil seperates.

Easy recipee .. although, addling little salt made it taste good, and definitely cook it in butter instead of oil, its butter chicken. also i think cream and youghurt quantity is not enough sinc it doesnt make enough gravy this way

this receipe is not right, first fry boneless chicken and make small pieces of chicken at keep beside, first u have to fry onion in oil till it becomes golden then u have to grind the onion and tomatoes with garam masala powder, then take a pan put butter then add the mixer to it then put chicken and boil for few minutes, th en at last put cream in it and boil for 10 minutes.

IT is a good recipe but i feel like i am not doing a good job because the flavour is not appearing. Maybe its the yogurt.I have made this twice and first time i drained the chicken water when it fried and it didnt taste that good, but now i didnt and it doesnt taste as good as last time
