Ingredients
MAIDAClick to find more about MAIDA 3CUPS
SUGAR 1CUP
GHEEClick to find more about GHEE 3 TBLS
DRY YEAST 2 TSP
WATER 2 TBLS
BAKING POWDER 1 TSP
MILK 1 CUP
BADAMClick to find more about BADAM PISTA PEELED GRATED
CHAROLI KAJUClick to find more about KAJU 1 CUP
KEWRA WATER 1 TSP
SALTClick to find more about SALT TO TASTE
GREEN CARDAMOMClick to find more about CARDAMOM POWDER 1/2 TSP(OPTIONAL)


Preparation
FIRST OF ALL TAKE ONE SMALL VESSAL.
TAKE 2TBLS WATER AND ADD 1 TSP SUGAR AND KEWRA WATER OR GREEN CARDAMOMClick to find more about CARDAMOM POWDER.
MAKE IT LITTLE HOT THEN ADD DRY YEAST.
IN OTHER VESSEL WARM THE MILK ADD SUGAR MIX WELL.
NOW TAKE ANOTHER BIG VESSEL MIX MAIDAClick to find more about MAIDA & BAKING POWDER.
NOW ADD YEAST, MILK WITH SUGAR AND KNEED THE DOUGH.
WRAP WITH WET CLOTH FOR 10 MINUTES.
AFTER 10 MIN ADD DRY FRUITS AND GARAM GHEEClick to find more about GHEE.
WRAP WITH WET CLOTH FOR 30 MIN.
AFTER 30 MIN TAKE ONE SMALL ROUND ROLL IT.
MAKE WHOLES WITH THE FORK.
KEEP IN PREHEATED OVEN 220C FOR 10-12MIN.
THEN SPREAD GHEEClick to find more about GHEE ON IT. ENJOY!!!!

I think she meant Dry yeast which can be found on any grocery store.The rest of the mistakes has been fixed as well.Nuts are for flavor i dont think it effects any of the other ingredients' quantity.

A good recipe, but i have following queries: 1. what is DRY EAST???? 2. in the recipe, you did not use kewara water and its mentioned in the ingredients. is it a mandatory ingredient or it can be avoided? 3. if i don't add the nuts, then will i need to change the quantity of the other ingredients or it gona change? plz reply, regards
