Crispy and hearty Tuna Kabab that goes well with any sauce and serve as a great snack.


Ingredients
2 big cans of Tuna in water
1 small onionClick to find more about onion chopped
1/2 cup bread crumbs
Green chilies chopped per taste
Chat masala 1 tsp
SaltClick to find more about Salt as per taste
Black pepperClick to find more about Black pepper powder 1 tsp
LimeClick to find more about Lime juice 2-3 tblsp


Preparation
Drain the tuna well sqeezing all the water.
Add saltClick to find more about salt, black pepperClick to find more about black pepper, grinded green chili, limeClick to find more about lime juice and bread crumbs and mix it well.
Mix the diced onionClick to find more about onion and chat masala in a bowl.
Take some tuna and make a ball and flatten it.
Put the onionClick to find more about onion filling in middle of the patty and cover it with another ball of tuna
Make sure the patty is nicely binded and a bit flattened like a tikki.
Shalow fry it in a frying pan until it is brown on both sides.
Serve with green chutney or Tartar sauce.
Add more bread crumbs if it falls apart while frying .
