Simple n easy coleslaw recipe good for any occassion.
1 medium carrot (scraped,finely grated)
1/4 small onion (paste)
1/2 medium cabbage (finely cut)
A little water (to form a thick paste)
2 tbsp mayyoniase
Pinch sugar
In a medium sized bowl place grated carrots, cabbage and onion paste.
Add mayyonaise, sugar and water.
Mix well and refrigerate for 10 mins or until desired.
