Spanish Ommlette recipe by Mrs Imran (Ksa) at
Lots of hearty and crispy fried potatoes and onions served as Spanish omelette. Other veggies are totally optional.

Oil asneeded
3-4 eggs
Add 1tb milk n saltClick to find more about salt pepper n beat it.
Potatoes some slices
Greenchillies 1
CarrotClick to find more about Carrot
Green onionClick to find more about onionClick to find more about Green <a href=onionClick to find more about onion" align="middle" border="0" hspace="2" /> 1 or 2
Capsicum 1 small
CabbageClick to find more about Cabbage to taste
Cut all vagetable invery small cubes except potatoClick to find more about potato
Cheese slices 2
TomatoClick to find more about Tomato ketchup

In a non stick fry pan put some oil and add potatoClick to find more about potato slices n fry it till it give soft look.
Then add eggs and all the vagetables one by one.
Cover pan for 3 to 4 mins leave it on slow heat.
Then turn the ommlette n cook for atleast one min and serve with cheese slices n tomatoClick to find more about tomato ketchup.

This is not the basic recipe for the Spanish ommelette. I'm Spanish, I know what I'm talking about...
