Espresso Fresh - 1/2 cup
Milk - 2-1/2 cups, Lowfat (2 percent)
Sugar - 1/4 cup, Granulated
Pectin - 1 tablespoon, Dry (any sugar substitute)
Combine all ingredients in a covered container.
Shake until
sugar and pectin are dissolved.
You can top it with whipped creme also.
Serve Chilled.
