Ingredients
 
 
1 (10 ounce) package frozen mixed berries
 
1 (15 ounce) can sliced peaches, drained
 
2 tablespoons honey
 
 
Directions
 
 
1. In a blender, combine frozen fruit, canned fruit and honey. Blend until smooth.

				Hello friends
 
 
1)Keep a reminder of why your dieting-Take a picture or by some clothes you want to be able to fit into one day. If you feel week just think about them or anything else you can for motivation.
 
2)Have a cheat meal scheduled once a week, dont make it spontaneous or you'll probably end up having them more than once a week. Notice this is a cheat meal-not a cheat DAY!! You dont want to do damage that undo's all the work you did in the past week.
 
3)Keep a food journal-If you write down what you eat you'll eat healthier and feel pride from being able to write down good clean, healthy foods.
