Yes Muskan,
Only the administrator (who ever that is.. oh wait.. that is me) can upload bulk of avatars. You can email them in a zip file to me and I will happily make them available for other members to use. I will PM you my email address.

I apologize if there is any confusion regarding avatar uploading.
Users can easily upload an avatar from their computer from thier Profile page (all the way at the bootm).
If you have bulk of avatars that you want to make available for others to use... you can email them in a zip file to me and I will happily make them available for other members.
PM me to confirm how you can send me zip file in email.
