u may tk the proper diet
in breakfast u may eat two boil eggs without egg yolk with herbal tea or green tea u also use black coffee or kawa..
in lunch u tk salad or fruit salad..
and in dinner u may tk i bowl of rice with some cuury like chicken..
in seven days u will diffenaitely loss 5 - 6 pound or may be more if u doo 20 minutes excercise

Its difficult to take only egg white with atea only,i cant say for others but i couldnt start my day with ver little breakfast as , researches too shows that and i personaly observed that if we take a healthy breakfast we feel goodand energiactic all day,and we will eat less in the lunch.
but yeh green tea with lemon and without suger is good for weightlose.

well the tip tht hotline has shared is definetely works cause my mom use to go to a doctor and he wrote her a diet chart which was very similar to this tip

well yes ....ur diet chart my be like this...
eat brawn bread toasted or not toasted with 2 egg whites and only half of any fruit with tea with milk (without) but sugar less..
around 12 take other half of fruit..
in lunch get chicken brest boil with sum vegetables eat it with brawn bread or simple roti but only 1 roti..
then for supper...take tea with or without milk but sugarless with any kind of lowfat crackers..(they usually r low cal)
then for dinner any meat boiled about 1/4 lbs with veg salads.....with 1 roti or brawn bread


plus with tht drink a lot of water in between...
walk for abt an hr
and make chart for ur calorie intake

i bet u u will loose weight...

As I was building miles and speed, I was getting fitter and losing more weight," says Therese Revitt, 42, who lost 80 pounds and recently ran a marathon.

Get pumped. "It wasn't until I put on more muscle through resistance training that I was able to keep the weight off - almost effortlessly," says Verona Mucci-Hurlburt, 37, who went from a size 18 to an 8. The reason? Muscle burns more calories around the clock.
