HEre is the recipe for falafil that i tried only once and it truns good.
take one cup of chick peas,or feva beans or u can mix both in equal quantityor 1 part of chick peas and 2 parts of feva beans.soacked them over night. after that grind them and add one oniion chopped,1,2 cloves of garlic, fresh parsley chopped 1/3 cup, salt and pinch of red or black peppers, baking powder 1/2 tsp, seasame seeds 1 tbs, ground cumin 1/2 tsp, ground corrainder 1 tsp,1tbs cornflour or simple flour.mix all well the mixture should be not lose or not thick.u can add water to it but very little.then deep fry it.this is the recipe that i tried ,but it was not so accurate like we bought from market i am looking for an arab person to ask the recipe and when i will get it i will tell u girls. |

we can try making them but I know that they won't come out accurate. I myself try recipes from different places but some how I add some spice which makes it desi food. but I try my best to follow the recipe as much as I can. _________________ Chaha Hai Tujh Ko Chahat Se Ziyada

i will trying to ask any arab women for the recipe of flafil and i ask my hubby to ask the man that how he make flafil ,i know he will not tell the recipe but want few hints about it,so lets see when i will get the accurate recipe for that. |

well both of u r true.desi recipes r different and since falalfal is arabic recipes and mostly arabic recipes have very little spices in it they dont eat much spicy food as far as i have tried.but yes sum of times i gets 100% result of every recipe i tried like when i try ras milai sumtimes i put more baking powder so they break..it happens we cant get 100% correct result everytime we have to be very professional for this specially with international recipes.its too hard as v r desis somehow we get desi touch in it i dont know how?? |

aisha, hotline_hl and bestchefs
It is my mistake that I am not done with the Recipe Submission area yet.
Members want to share their recipes and there is no option to do that yet. bestchefs is right that we should not post recipes in discussion area as they will be technically lost and cannot be found under the recipes section.
This restriction is temporary and un-official until I finish the recipe submission area. I apologize for any inconvenience or misunderstanding this may cause.
We will move your recipes from discussion area to proper Recipes area once it is ready and put a link here to get to that recipe. I encourage people to make links to existing recipes when discussing so this way we have better reference.
Thank you
