Ingredients

3 cup plain flour
1/2 ts sugar
1 1/2 tbs Yeast
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup water
11/2 tbs oil
1 cup pizza sauce
1 cup chicken boiled n mash
2 tbsp olives
1/2 cup mashrooms boiled n cut
1 onion slices
1 tomato sliced
1 cup mozrella and chedder cheese crushed

For the tomato sauce:
1. Blanch the tomatoes in boiling water.
2. Peel, cut into quarters n deseed the tomatoes.
3. Chop finely and keep the tomato pulp aside.
4. Heat the oil, add the onion n garlic and saute for a few minutes.
5. Add the tomato pulp and allow it to simmer for 10 to 15 minutes until the sauce reduces a little.
6. Add the ketchup, sugar and salt and simmer for some more time.
7. Finally, add the oregano and mix well.

Preparation

The Base

1.Put the flour into a bowl

2.Mix the yeast with the sugar and some lukewarm water and stir, let sit for 10 minutes until it triples in volume

3. Add the olive oil and salt to the flour

4.Now add the yeast to the flour, oil and salt and add the lukewarm water.(1/2 glass) Mix with your hands and knead until you have a smooth dough ... If you have any left-over dough, you can easily freeze it - I always make a bit more and keep the rest in the freezer for a quick supper.

5.Cover the dough with a clean, dry dish towel and let it sit for an hour.
In the meantime, prepare a simple pizza sauce - chop the onion and the garlic, fry in the olive oil, add the tomatoes and the spices. Let simmer for half an hour to reduce the moisture.

6. Now is the time to preheat your oven to 180 degrees C. and 125 C in electric oven tht i have.

7.Take 1/3 of the dough ...
... and spread it out into the pizza pan or baking dish with your fingers. Let it sit for 10 to 15 minutes so it can rise again. If you want a very thin and crisp base, roll out the dough with a rolling pin instead of spreading it with your fingers but i don like very thin one Razz

8.Chop the mozarella and cheddar cheese.

9.Chop up your toppings - I'm using all the above ingredients here.

10.Spread the pizza sauce - Put on your toppings ...

11.Don'tput on too much. An overloaded pizza isn't any good and then put on the cheese. Put into the pre-heated oven 4 approx. 30 to 35 minutes. If you find that your cheese starts to burn before the pizza base is done, put the pizza into the oven without the cheese for 5 minutes and then add the cheese - this is a hint I got from on Dianne Wilson - thanks Dianne!

That's it

- let me know if you succeed in this Smile
