ZINGER CHICKEN

CHICKEN(BONELESS WITH SKIN) = 500GM
SALT=
WHITE VINEGAR= 1/4 CUP
GARLIC POWDER=2 T.S
BLACK PEPPER=2 T.S
MUSTARD POWDER=2 T.S
PAPRIKA=2 T.S
RED CHILLIES= 2 T.S
MAIDA= 2 CUP
CORN FLOUR= 1/2 CUP
BAKING POWDER= 2 T.S

MIX ALL THESE THINGS. AND MARINATE IT FOR SOMETIME AND FRY.
