Ingredients
3 kg boneless leg of lamb
7-8 garlicClick to find more about garlic cloves, minced
1/4 tsp minced gingerClick to find more about ginger
2 tbsp minced onionClick to find more about onion
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp pepper
SaltClick to find more about Salt as per taste
2 tbsp cumin seedsClick to find more about cumin seeds powder
2 tbsp coriander seedsClick to find more about coriander seeds powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp turmericClick to find more about turmeric powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tbsp vinegarClick to find more about vinegar
1 tbsp lemon juice


Preparation
Cut cris-cross into the leg of lamb, Mix all the ingredients, Marinate the meat with the above mixture, Refrigerate for 10 hours, Preheat the oven at 450 o F
Place the meat in the oven, Reduce the oven to 325 oF, Let the lamb bake for 2-1/2 -3 hours till it is tender, basting often with the sauce in baking dish

Note:
Serve with crunchy salad
