Enchilada is a corn or flour tortilla(roti) rolled around a filling and covered with a chili pepper sauce.


Ingredients
Tortillas one packet
Ragu or any pasta sauce (10 tb spoon)
Chedder chesse(as required)
ChickenClick to find more about Chicken breast 2
SaltClick to find more about Salt n black pepperClick to find more about black pepper according to need just to boil chickenClick to find more about chicken


Preparation
Boil chickenClick to find more about chicken in water with saltClick to find more about salt n black pepperClick to find more about black pepper. Shred it.
Then take a pan and put 2 table spoon of oil.
Now put 3 tab spoon of pasta sauce n chedder cheese .
Add chickenClick to find more about chicken in this.
Wrap this chickenClick to find more about chicken in tortillas.
Now take a baking pan, make a layer of pasta sauce.
Put tortillas in it(remember that the opening edges of tortillas are inside the pan)
Make a layer of sauce n chedder cheese.
Bake it in oven at 350 F for 15 minutes.
Delicious enchiladas are ready to serve.
