This beats all the Chaats when it comes to favourite Chaat! And it does not need many ingredients. You get special round hollow puffed puris specially to make Pani Puri.

Ingredients
FOR PURI:
WheatClick to find more about Wheat flour 1/2 cup
SoojiClick to find more about Sooji 1 cup
Oil 1 tbsp
SaltClick to find more about Salt 1/2 tsp

FOR CHUTNEY:
Imlee 50 gms
DatesClick to find more about Dates 1/2 packet
SaltClick to find more about Salt 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Potatos 250 gms (boiled)
Curd 250 gms
Chick peas 250 gms(boiled)

FOR PANI:
Gram massala 1/2 tsp
Water of imlee 3 cups
Kala-NamakClick to find more about Namak 3/4 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
SaltClick to find more about Salt to taste
Chilli powder 1 tsp.


Preparation
Kneed flour and soojiClick to find more about sooji with saltClick to find more about salt and oil.
Roll and stretch and cut with cutter in small rounds and fry.

FOR CHUTNEY:
Grind the pulp of imlee and datesClick to find more about dates with saltClick to find more about salt, chilli and sugar with water .

FOR PANI:
In imlee water add saltClick to find more about salt, chilli, gram massala, kala-namakClick to find more about namak, sugar and soonth.
Puncture the puri, put potatoClick to find more about potato, chick peas, and curd.
Serve with chutney and water.

the recipe is incomplete. for pani u also have to add some "aam-choor powder" according to ur taste and a pinch or two of "tatri" to make it sour and then u also have to put all the ingredients in water and boil for 1 min, let it cool before serving

you have not added that whether the pani is khatta pani or metha pani. clear it and the next thing is whrther baking soda is added in puri or not
